Staff can work from home by using remote desktop to access their desktop computer at work.

If your VPN gives errors while connecting or the internet starts bogging down while connected to VPN. Please try the steps below

1. Launch your cisco VPN:


2. Disconnect the VPN if currently connected, if you are connected already SKIP to step 3.

3. Change your VPN connection from VPN.UCI.EDU to VPN2.UCI.EDU or vice versa depending on the one that you may already be using.
